At Furman, we stand behind the precision and quality of our electronic components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Furman account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and include all original accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
